责任制整体护理在瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩的应用效果研究

Study on the effect of responsibility system holistic nursing on vaginal delivery inscar uterus of secondpregnancy

目的:研究在瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩中应用责任制整体护理的效果。方法:2017年2月-2019年3月收治疤痕子宫再次妊娠的阴道分娩产妇102例,随机分为两组,各51例。对照组接受常规护理干预;观察组接受责任制整体护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后产程时间、产后出血率、抑郁程度评分均低于对照组,观察组分娩成功率也高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:责任制整体护理在瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩中的应用,可有效缩短产程时间,降低产后出血率,效果显著。

Objective:To study the effect of responsibility system holistic nursing on the vaginal delivery in scar uterus of secondpregnancy.Methods:From February 2017 to March 2019,102 cases of vaginal delivery in scar uterus of secondpregnancy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention.The observation group received responsibility system holistic nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The labor time,the postpartum hemorrhage rate and the depression scores of the observation group were lower than the control group after nursing,the success rate of delivery in the observation group was higher than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of responsibility system holistic nursing on vaginal delivery in scar uterus of second pregnancy can effectively shorten the time of labor and reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage,its effect is remarkable.
