细节化护理在重症颅脑损伤患者行肠内营养治疗中的应用

Application of detailed nursing in enteral nutrition treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury

目的:探究细节化护理在重症颅脑损伤患者行肠内营养治疗中的应用效果。方法:2018年6月-2019年6月收治重症颅脑损伤患者180例,依据护理方式不同分为两组,各90例。参照组实施常规护理;试验组在常规护理基础上实施细节化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗7 d、14 d后格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节化护理在重症颅脑损伤患者行肠内营养治疗中具有显著效果,在改善患者临床症状的同时能够极大的降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of detailed nursing in enteral nutrition treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,180 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups of 90 cases in each.The reference group was given routine care.The experimental group was given detailed nursing on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the GCS scores of 7 and 14 days after treatment were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of detailed nursing in enteral nutrition treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury is significant,it can greatly reduce the incidence of complications while improving the clinical symptoms of patients.
