精细护理联合责任制护理小组模式对肿瘤科患者依从性的影响

Influence of fine nursing combined with responsibility nursing group mode on compliance of patients in oncology department

目的:分析精细护理联合责任制护理小组模式对肿瘤科患者依从性的影响。方法:选取2015年2月-2018年2月肿瘤科患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理;研究组给予精细护理联合责任制小组模式的护理干预。比较两组生活质量评分、患者依从性及护理满意度。结果:研究组患者生活质量、依从性、护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肿瘤科患者护理中应用精细护理及责任制护理小组模式,效果显著,可以提高患者对治疗和护理的依从性和满意度,有利于提高疾病治疗效果,也可有效改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of fine nursing combined with responsibility nursing group mode on compliance of patients in oncology department.Methods:From February 2015 to February 2018,120 patients in oncology department were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases in each.The control group was given routine care.The study group was given fine nursing combined with responsibility group model of nursing intervention.We compared the quality of life scores,patient compliance and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:In the study group,patients'quality of life,compliance and nursing satisfaction were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influence of fine nursing combined with responsibility nursing group mode on compliance of patients in oncology department is significant,it can improve the compliance of patients with treatment and nursing and satisfaction,improve the effect of disease treatment,and improve the quality of life of patients.
