早期康复护理对老年脑梗死吞咽障碍患者的护理价值研究

Study on the nursing value of early rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with cerebral infarction and dysphagia

目的:探讨早期康复护理对老年脑梗死吞咽障碍患者的护理价值研究。方法:2018年1月-2019年9月收治老年脑梗死吞咽障碍患者62例,随机分为两组,各31例。对照组实施常规护理;试验组给予早期康复护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理后吞咽功能恢复效果及护理满意度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用早期康复护理可改善老年脑梗死患者吞咽功能,提升患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the value of early rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with cerebral infarction and dysphagia.Methods:From January 2018 to September 2019,62 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction and dysphagia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The experimental group was given early rehabilitation nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The recovery effect of swallowing function and nursing satisfaction of experimental group were better than control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing can improve the swallowing function and improve the quality of life of elderly patients with cerebral infarction and dysphagia.
