探讨硫糖铝联合法莫替丁治疗急性胃炎的效果

Clinical effect of sucralfate combined with famotidine on acute gastritis

目的 探究硫糖铝联合法莫替丁治疗急性胃炎的临床效果.方法 94例急性胃炎患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组47例.对照组实施法莫替丁治疗法,观察组实施硫糖铝联合法莫替丁治疗法.比较两组患者治疗效果、临床症状消失时间以及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率95.74%高于对照组的82.98%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者上腹胀痛、嗳气反酸、恶心呕吐消失时间分别为(1.27±0.96)、(1.09±0.23)、(2.42±1.33)d,均短于对照组的(3.24±1.06)、(2.39±1.17)、(4.18±2.96)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率10.64%低于对照组的29.79%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在临床治疗过程中,硫糖铝联合法莫替丁治疗急性胃炎效果显著,显著改善患者临床症状,降低患者不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sucralfate combined with famotidine on acute gastritis.Methods A total of 94 patients with acute gastritis were divided into control group and observation group by different treatment methods,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated by famotidine,and the observation group was treated by sucralfate combined with famotidine.The therapeutic effect,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.74%of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 82.98%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of epigastric distention,belching,acid reflux and nausea and vomiting of the observation group were(1.27±0.96),(1.09±0.23)and(2.42±1.33)d respectively,which were shorter than those of the control group(3.24±1.06),(2.39±1.17)and(4.18±2.96)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 10.64%of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 29.79%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of clinical treatment,sucralfate combined with famotidine has a significant effect on acute gastritis,which significantly improves the clinical symptoms of patients and reduces the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
