收腹带固定沙袋加压宫底在剖宫产术后的应用效果研究

Practical effect of abdominal band fixed sandbag to compress the uterine fundus after cesarean section

目的 探讨收腹带固定沙袋加压宫底用于预防剖宫产术后因宫缩乏力所致产后出血的效果,为临床提供参考.方法 150例行剖宫产手术高危产妇,随机分为研究1组、研究2组、对照组,每组50例.研究1组产妇采用收腹带固定沙袋加压宫底6 h,研究2组产妇使用收腹带包腹,对照组产妇在宫底处放置沙袋6 h,观察比较三组产妇术后6 h出血量、舒适度、疼痛程度.结果 研究1组产妇产后6 h出血量(120.34±12.25)ml显著少于研究2组的(245.37±11.42)ml和对照组的(192.28±10.39)ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究1组产妇术后疼痛程度显著低于研究2组和对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究1、2组的舒适度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但研究1、2组的舒适度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 收腹带固定沙袋加压宫底法为预防剖宫产术后因宫缩乏力所致产后出血的有效方法.

Objective To investigate the effect of abdominal band fixed sandbag to compress uterine fundus to prevent postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony after cesarean section,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods A total of 105 high-risk parturients undergoing cesarean section were randomly divided into research group 1,research group 2 and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Research group 1 received abdominal band fixed sandbag to compress uterine fundus for 6 h,research group 2 received abdominal band to wrap the abdomen,and control group received sandbag to compress uterine fundus for 6 h.The amount of hemorrhage 6 h after surgery,comfort and pain degree were observed and compared among the three groups.Results The amount of hemorrhage 6 h after surgery(120.34±12.25)ml of research group 1 was significantly less than that of research group 2(245.37±11.42)ml and control group(192.28±10.39)ml,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree of research group 1 was significantly lower than that of research group 2 and control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort degree of research group 1 and 2 were better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But there was no statistically significant difference in comfort degree between research group 1 and 2(P>0.05).Conclusion Abdominal band fixed sandbag to compress uterine fundus is effective in preventing postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony after cesarean section.
