摘要 目的 观察呼吸器训练对多发肋骨骨折患者的康复影响分析.方法 60例多发肋骨骨折患者,采取随机数字法分为对照组和实验组,每组30例.对照组使用传统呼吸功能锻炼方法,实验组采取呼吸器训练.比较两组患者康复前后血气[动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)]、肺功能指标[肺活量(VC)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)]水平以及康复期间并发症发生情况.结果 经康复后,两组患者血气、肺功能指标水平均明显改善,且实验组患者SaO2、PaO2、VC、FEVI/FVC水平分别为(98.20±0.76)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、(96.26±2.08)mm Hg、(83.52±3.72)%、(75.18±2.72)%,均优于对照组的(95.15±1.18)mm Hg、(91.03±3.25)mm Hg、(75.72±5.01)%、(69.31±4.91)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组患者康复期间并发症发生率为3.33%低于对照组的23.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在多发肋骨骨折患者的康复中,采取呼吸器训练,可明显的改善患者肺功能,改善血气指标,降低并发症的发生率,效果理想. Objective To observe the effect of respirator training on rehabilitation of patients with multiple rib fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with multiple rib fractures were divided into control group and experimental group by random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine respiratory rehabilitation training,while the experimental group received respirator training.The blood gas indexes[arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2),arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)],pulmonary function indexes[vital capacity(VC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)]before and after rehabilitation training and occurrence of complications during rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.Results After rehabilitation training,the blood gas indexes and pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were obviously improved,and SaO2,PaO2,VC and FEVI/FVC of the experimental group were(98.20±0.76)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),(96.26±2.08)mm Hg,(83.52±3.72)%and(75.18±2.72)%respectively,which were all better than those of the control group(95.15±1.18)mm Hg,(91.03±3.25)mm Hg,(75.72±5.01)%and(69.31±4.91)%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications during rehabilitation was 3.33%of the experimental group,which was lower than that of the control group 23.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Respirator training shows ideal effect for patients with multiple rib fractures,which can obviously improve the pulmonary function,improve their blood gas indexes and lower the incidence of complications.
