无创呼吸机治疗小儿重症肺炎的效果及安全性分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy and safety of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children

目的分析采取无创呼吸机治疗小儿重症肺炎的效果与安全性。方法随机抽选山东省阳谷县人民医院自愿参与本次研究的重症肺炎患儿60例,于2016-01至2019-12入院治疗,依据摸球法将其均分为观察组(n=30,无创呼吸机治疗)与对照组(n=30,传统治疗)。比较两组患儿临床各症状消退时间、住院时间、临床疗效与治疗前后的血氧分压(partial pressure of blood pressure,PaO2)、血二氧化碳分压(partial pressure of blood carbon dioxide,PaCO2)。结果观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各症状消退时间与住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PaO2水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿PaCO2水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经无创呼吸机治疗,可显著改善重症肺炎患儿的临床疗效,缩短治疗时间,改善缺氧情况,安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of noninvasive ventilator in children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 60 cases severe pneumonia children who were treated in our hospital and voluntarily participated in this study from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into an observation group(n=30,non-invasive ventilator treatment)and a control group(n=30,traditional treatment)according to the ball-touching method.The clinical symptoms subside time,hospitalization time,clinical efficacy and partial pressure of blood pressure(PaO2)and partial pressure of blood carbon dioxide(PaCO2)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the symptoms subside time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the level of PaO2 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in PaCO2 between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The non-invasive ventilator treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of children with severe pneumonia,shorten the treatment time,improve the situation of children with hypoxia,with high safety,which is worth promoting.
