布拉酵母菌联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿厌食症的效果及对血微量元素的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察布拉酵母菌联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿厌食症的效果及对血微量元素的影响。方法选取中国科学院大学深圳医院预防保健科收治的86例厌食症患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43)与研究组(n=43)。对照组单用葡萄糖酸锌治疗,研究组采用布拉酵母菌联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗,比较两组治疗前后肠道微生态指标(乳杆菌及双歧杆菌)、血红蛋白、血微量元素(锌、钙及铁)水平,疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,研究组乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、血红蛋白及血微量元素水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布拉酵母菌联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿厌食症效果显著,可改善患儿肠道微生态环境,提高血红蛋白及血微量元素水平,增强其食欲,且无明显不良反应。 Objective To study effect of zinc gluconate combined with Saccharomyces boulardii in treatment of child anorexia and its influence on blood trace elements.Methods 86 children with anorexia,who were admitted to the Department of Prevention and Health Care of Shenzhen Hospital of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences,were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into a control group(n=43)and a study group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with zinc gluconate alone,while the study group was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii combined with zinc gluconate.Then,the levels of intestinal microecological indicators(Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium),hemoglobin,blood trace elements(zinc,calcium and iron),efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium,hemoglobin,and blood trace elements in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 95.35%,higher than that in the control group(76.74%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,there was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Zinc gluconate combined with Saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of the child anorexia is effective.It can improve the intestinal microecological environment and the levels of hemoglobin and blood trace element and increase the appetite of these children without obvious adverse reactions.
