摘要
通过土培试验接种4类丛枝菌根真菌,旨在研究其对紫花苜蓿幼苗生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明:仅在接种G.m2处理中紫花苜蓿幼苗的生长表现出明显的促进作用,且相比对照分别使其幼苗根系活力和叶片中叶绿素含量明显地增加了7.13%和41.84%(P<0.05);接种G.m2的紫花苜蓿幼苗在地上部分植物量、地下部分植物量、株高、根系中N、P元素的含量方面相比对照也分别明显提高了21.41%、7.47%、24.33%、11.63%、29.75%(P<0.05),且地上部分Ca的含量也有明显增加;接种G.m2后对紫花苜蓿的促生作用在生理特性上表现为幼苗根系活力和叶片中叶绿素含量的提高。
A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of four types of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on growth and physiological characteristics of alfalfa seedlings.The results showed that only alfalfa seedlings inoculated with G.m2 exhibited a positive effect on the growth and some physiological characteristics.Compared with CK,root activity of seedlings and chlorophyll content of leaves in alfalfa seedlings inoculated with G.m2 were significantly increased by 7.13%and 41.84%respectively(P<0.05).Compared with CK,aboveground biomass,root biomass,height of plant,nitrogen content in root,potassium content in root were also significantly increased by 21.41%,7.47%,24.33%,11.63%,29.75%(P<0.05),and the calcium content in shoot was also significantly increased.After inoculation with G.m2,the physiological characteristics of the growth promoting effect on alfalfa was performanced by promoting the root activity of seedlings and increasing chlorophyll content in leaves.
