基于离散元法的碾米机结构优化设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 为改进擦离式碾米机结构,优化擦离式碾米机碾米性能,该文采用离散元法对糙米在擦离式碾米机内的碾米过程进行了数值仿真模拟,通过正交试验法模拟分析了碾白室内不同碾筋结构参数对碾白压力的影响,提出了优化碾筋结构的方案,结果表明:对平均碾白压力影响最大的是碾筋高度,对碾辊压力影响最大的是碾筋根数,碾筋结构设计的最优参数是:根数为2、倾角为3°、高度为4 mm的组合,研究结果可为擦离式碾米机碾米性能的优化提供理论依据,也为其他颗粒加工机器的性能优化提供参考。 In order to improve the structure of frictional rice mill and optimize its milling performance,the discrete element method is adopted to simulate the process of rice milling process in a frictional rice mill.The effect of structure of convex ribs on whiting pressure was investigated through the orthogonal experiment method.The optimal parameters for convex ribs were obtained.The results showed that the convex ribs height significantly affect the average whiting pressure,while the number of convex ribs mainly impact on the pressure in milling shaft.The optimal combination of convex ribs includes height with 4 mm,inclination Angle with 3°and number with 2.This work could provide theoretical basis for the optimization of rice milling for the frictional rice mill,as well as a reference for the optimization of performance of other granular processing machines.
