基于知识图谱的传染病防控机制研究可视化分析

Visual analysis of research on infectious disease prevention and control mechanism based on knowledge map

目的通过梳理2000年~2020年间传染病防控相关文献中的各年度发文量、学术期刊的分布、作者合作相关信息、研究机构分布、热点关键词及研究趋势,并进行计量研究,从而分析了解传染病防控相关热点及进展,为公共卫生体系建设提供思路及参考。方法运用知识图谱分析法,采用Citespace软件,于2020年1月~2月,在中国知网上进行高级检索,将2000年~2020年间的数据来源类别分别设定为“全部期刊”和“核心期刊”,共检索到16326篇,其中核心期刊1325篇文献。对每条文献进行手动筛选,最终得出1093篇与主题密切相关的核心期刊文献。结果我国传染病预防的相关研究呈逐年上升的趋势;传染病预防相关研究集中于医学类杂志,发文量较多的机构主要集中于北京和上海等城市,传染病预防研究的热点主要集中于法律保障、流行病学特征、动态监测、健康素养、防控措施等方面。结论应急法制建设是传染病预防的基础,动态监测对传染病预防具有重要作用,健康教育是传染病预防的重要基石,专业人才队伍是传染病预防的有力保障。

Objective To conduct a quantitative study on the publication volume,journal distribution,author information,institution distribution,hotspot keywords,and research trends on infectious disease prevention and control in 2000-2020 so as to understand the progress and hotspots in this field.Methods Knowledge map analysis method and Citespace software were used.An advanced search was conducted on China Knowledge Network to set the data source categories as“All Journals”and“Core Journals”,with a time period from 2000 to 2020.A total of 16,326 articles were retrieved,of which 1325 were articles from core journals.Each article retrieved was also manually screened,and finally a total of 1093 core journal articles closely related to the subject were selected.Results The related research on infectious disease prevention in China has been increasing year by year.The articles on infectious disease prevention are mainly published in medical journals.The institutions with a larger number of publications are mainly from big cities such as Beijing and Shanghai.The research hotspots focused on legal guarantees,epidemiological characteristics,dynamic surveillance,health literacy,and prevention and control measures.Conclusion Construction of legal system of emergency response is the basis for the prevention of infectious diseases.Dynamic monitoring has an important role in the prevention of infectious diseases.Health education is an important cornerstone for the prevention of infectious diseases.A team of professionals is a powerful guarantee for the prevention of infectious diseases.
