摘要
探索家庭医生制度发展现状,为推进健康中国建设、促进分级诊疗制度提供参考。以云南省安宁温泉卫生院为例,对基层卫生院家庭医生签约及实施情况进行概述,分析基层医疗机构家庭医生签约现状及问题,认为目前云南省家庭医生培养激励机制不健全,签约服务质量有待提升,相关政策法规有待完善。因此,建议相关部门在推进家庭医生签约服务工作中,改善基层医疗服务环境,强化签约服务管理考核机制,创新互联网签约模式,建立资源共享机制,为基层居民提供更好的卫生医疗服务。
This article aims to investigate the current situation in family doctor contracting service to promote the Healthy China program and the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.Taking the Anning Wenquan Township Health Center in Yunnan Province as an example,the author describes the contracting and implementation of family doctors at grassroots health centers,and found that the current practice was limited by inadequate training and incentive mechanisms,poor quality of contracted services,and incomplete policies and regulations.To optimize the family doctor contracting service,the local government should further improve the grassroots medical service environment,strengthen the service management and evaluation,adopt innovative Internet-based contracting model,and establish a resource-sharing mechanism,so as to provide better health and medical services to local residents.
