摘要
医院的采购管理是保障医疗运行、保证医疗质量、提高运营效率、降低医疗成本的重要工作,建立采购中心集中采购是一个行之有效的管理模式。通过介绍我院建立采购中心的主要做法,分析集中采购的运行机制及主要成效,力求改变传统采购各自为政、流程标准不一的运行模式,实现医院采购人力、物力、财力配置的最优化及经济效益的最大化。
Hospital procurement management is an important task to ensure medical operation and quality,improve operational efficiency and reduce medical costs.Establishing a procurement center for centralized purchasing is an effective management model.This paper introduces the practice of establishing a procurement center in our hospital,and analyzes the operation mechanism and the main results of centralized procurement,in an attempt to reform the traditional procurement mode of different policies,process and standards to optimize the allocation of human,material and financial resources and to maximize economic benefits.
