剑突下切面主动脉速度时间积分在心功能评估中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨剑突下切面主动脉速度时间积分(VTI)在心功能评估中的价值。方法:选取我科室的65例患者,行床旁超声评估患者的心功能,测量射血分数(EF),右室三尖瓣环收缩期位移(TAPSE),二尖瓣位移(MAPSE),心尖五腔心切面左室流出道VTI(VTI1)及剑突下切面主动脉VTI(VTI2),比较不同切面VTI的差异,并进行VTI2与EF、TAPSE、MAPSE的相关性分析。结果:VTI1与VTI2的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),VTI2与EF具有正相关性(r=0.64,P<0.05),而VTI2与TAPSE不具有相关性(P>0.05),VTI2与MAPSE具有正相关性(r=0.39,P<0.05)。结论:VTI2可以用来床旁评估心功能,且与MAPSE具有良好的相关性。 Objective:To explore the value of aortic velocity time integral(VTI)detected by subxiphoid cross-sectional echocardiography in the assessment of cardiac function.Methods:65 patients in our department were selected,and the bedside ultrasound was performed to evaluate their cardiac functions.The EF,TAPSE,MAPSE,VTI of left ventricular outflow tract on the apical five-chamber cardiac section(VTI1)and aortic VTI on the subxiphoid section(VTI2)were measured.The differences of VTI on different sections were compared,and the correlations between VTI2 and EF,TAPSE and MAPSE were analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference between VTI1 and VTI2(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between VTI2 and EF(r=0.64,P<0.05),but there was no correlation between VTI2 and TAPSE(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between VTI2 and MAPSE(r=0.39,P<0.05).Conclusion:VTI2 can be used to assess cardiac function at bedside and has a good correlation with MAPSE.
