丹参红花注射液不良反应发生情况的回顾性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解丹参红花注射液的不良反应发生情况。方法:回顾性分析本院2017年1月至2019年3月750例使用丹参红花注射液不良反应发生率,并根据患者的年龄、性别、给药方式、不良反应发生时间等,对不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果:750例使用丹参红花注射液患者中发生不良反应50例,占6.67%;年龄在66岁以上的老年人不良反应发生率最高,为50.00%;以静脉注射以及静脉滴注更容易出现不良反应,分别有46.00%和38.00%;而不良反应发生时间以1 h以内居多,占70.00%;不良反应类型主要集中于皮肤系统;给药剂量为14.4 mg/kg时不良反应发生率最高,为58.00%。结论:丹参红花注射液不良反应发生与患者自身因素、药物自身因素、给药方式等相关,应用该药时需加强管理、规范应用,以减少不良反应发生率。 Objective:To investigate the adverse reactions of Danshen Honghua Injection in our hospital.Methods:From January 2017 to March 2019,the incidences of adverse reactions of 750 cases treated with Danshen Honghua Injection in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively and the adverse reactions were compared according to the patients'age,gender,administration method,adverse reactions time,etc..Results:Among 750 patients treated with Danshen Honghua Injection,50 had adverse reactions,accounting for 6.67%;the elderly over 66 years old had the highest incidence of adverse reactions,accounting for 50.00%;intravenous injection and intravenous drip were more likely to have adverse reactions,accounting for 46.00%and 38.00%respectively;and the adverse reactions mostly occurred within 1 hour following injection,accounting for 70.00%;the incidence of adverse reactions was the highest(58.00%)when the dosage was 14.4 mg/kg.Conclusion:The adverse reactions of Danshen Honghua Injection are related to the patient's own factors,the drug's own factors,the way of administration,etc..In order to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,it is necessary to strengthen management and standardize the application of the drug.
