摘要
应用型本科院校建设与应用型教师发展相融共生,高校转型发展也推动着教师的转型和分型,对教师实施分类管理和分类评价是提升教师队伍建设水平和激发教师职业发展活力的有效途径。从院校建设和教师发展相结合的角度,结合院校实践对地方应用型本科院校教师岗位的分类设置、分类评审、分类考核、分类培养、分类激励的管理体系和实施路径进行探析,并提出相应的保障机制。
The significance of classified teacher management in colleges and universities is introduced.The implementation of the management in position,professional title,employment and cultivation in regional application-oriented colleges and universities is discussed.The safeguard mechanism for the management is also proposed.
