医院感染管理在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中的执行力提升策略研究

Research on Enhancement Strategy of Nosocomial Infection Management Implementation in Prevention and Control of COVID-19

目的分析此次疫情下新型冠状病毒肺炎病例定点收治医院的医院感染管理执行现状和工作机制,为公立医院完善卫生应急管理机制提供依据。方法聚焦疫情时期医院感染管理防控工作的执行力,对在抗击疫情一线的医院感染管理专职人员进行深入访谈,并通过对访谈资料的基于扎根理论的质性分析。结果梳理了医院感染管理在此次抗击疫情中防控工作的执行背景、执行内容、行动策略、支撑条件和执行阻碍,形成院感管理疫情应急防控执行机制模型。结论院感染防控在此次疫情中发挥重要作用,并应对着不同医院模式带来的多种挑战。以此次疫情为鉴,应构建高度灵敏的应急机制、培养复合型感控队伍、建立全流程分人群的培训体系以提高疫情防控执行力。

Objective To analyze the implementation status and working mechanism of nosocomial infection management in the designated hospitals receiving COVID-19 cases under the epidemic,in order to provide a basis for public hospitals to improve their health emergency management mechanisms. Methods Focusing on the implementation of hospital infection management and control during the outbreak period. Based on grounded theory,a qualitative analysis of interview report data which came from in-depth interviews with hospital infection management professionals on the front line was conducted. Results The study summarized the five important elements of hospital infection management,including implementation background, implementation content,action strategy,support conditions and obstacles of implementation. Conclusion Hospital infection management has played an important role in the epidemic of COVID-19,and responded to various challenges brought by different hospital models. At the same time,based on this epidemic,a highly sensitive emergency mechanism should be built,a complex sensory control team be cultivated,and a full-process training system be established for different groups of people to improve the implementation of epidemic prevention and control.
