分级诊疗背景下核医学科发展及推广路径探索

Exploration of the Development and Popularization Path of Nuclear Medicine Under the Background of Hierarchical Diagnosis and Treatment

针对当前我国分级诊疗政策背景下,医院核医学科在发展过程中存在的瓶颈及问题。齐齐哈尔医学院附属第一医院提出通过建立紧密型医疗联合体,发展区域专科联盟,启动乡村医生培训工程,推进重点专科内涵建设以及打造高素质领军人才队伍,多渠道、多层次与兄弟医院及相关学科横向联合发展等具体举措,实现区域医疗资源应用最大化,进一步聚焦学科认同,彰显学科优势特色,使核医学成为推动医改、实现分级诊疗的重点学科之一,更好为百姓健康服务。

In view of the bottlenecks and existing problems in the development of Nuclear Medicine in hospitals under the background of the current hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policy in China,The First Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University puts forward that through the establishment of tight medical alliance,the development of regional specialist alliance,the initiation of the rural doctor training project,the promotion of the key specialty connotation construction and the creation of a high-quality leader,multi-channel and multi-level joint development with the brother hospitals and related disciplines,to realize the maximization of the application of regional medical resources,to further focus on subject identity,so as to highlight the characteristics of subject advantages,which will make nuclear medicine become one of the key disciplines to promote medical reform,realize hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and better serve the health of the people.
