摘要
目的探讨硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗乳腺癌放化疗导致的周围神经毒性的疗效。方法选取2017年7月至2018年7月在郑州大学第一附属医院进行放化疗治疗后合并周围神经毒性反应的94例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组。研究组(47例)采用硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗;对照组(47例)采用维生素B12治疗。分析并比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为87.23%(41/47),高于对照组的51.06%(24/47),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.068,P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌放化疗导致的周围神经毒性反应的治疗中,硫酸锌联合甲钴胺方案的疗效优于传统维生素B12治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of thioctic acid combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity induced by radiochemotherapy in breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 94 breast cancer patients with peripheral neurotoxic adverse reactions induced by radiochemotherapy treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as research objects.And they were divided into control group and research group by random number table method.Patients in the research group(n=47)were treated with thioctic acid and mecobalamin,and patients in the control group(n=47)were treated with vitamin B12.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The overall effective rate was 87.23%(41/47)in the research group,higher than the 51.06%(24/47)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.068,P<0.05).Conclusions Thioctic acid combined with mecobalamin has better therapeutic effects than vitamin B12 in the treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity caused by radiochemotherapy in breast cancer patients.
