摘要
目的了解定西市政府部门及企事业单位职工糖尿病患病情况,并分析其可能的危险因素,为该人群探寻适宜的健康管理模式提供数据依据。方法统计2018-2019年在定西市人民医院完成健康体检和调查问卷的所有政府部门及企事业单位职工,采用logistic回归分析的方法探索其发病的主要影响因素。结果定西市政府部门及企事业单位职工糖尿病患病率为9.5%,标化患病率为10.8%,男女患病率分别为10.1%和9.5%,标化患病率分别为11.4%和9.9%,不同性别患病率有统计学差异(χ~2=36.602,P<0.001);独立样本t检验结果显示,糖尿病组TC、TG和LDL-C明显高于非糖尿病组(t值分别为29.897、12.356、57.605,P均<0.001),糖尿病组HDL-C明显低于非糖尿病组(t=-25.245,P<0.001);多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:性别、年龄、BMI、不经常运动、吸烟、饮酒、TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C是糖尿病的危险因素。结论定西市政府部门及企事业单位职工糖尿病患病率较高,应加强高危人群的筛查、监测和健康管理,针对重点人群积极开展健康教育与综合干预措施。
OBJECTIVE To acquire the prevalence of diabetes among employees of government departments and state-owned enterprises and institutions in Dingxi,analyze the risk factors,and provide data evidence for searching appropriate health management mode.METHODS It statistics the employees of Dingxi’s government departments and state-owned enterprises and institutions take physical checks and questionnaires in Dingxi from 2018 to 2019.Logistic regression analysis is used to explore the main influencing factors.RESULTS The prevalence rate of employees from government departments and state-owned enterprises and institutions in Dingxi is9.5%,the standardized prevalence rate is 10.8%,the prevalence of the male and the female are 10.1%and 9.5%,the standardized prevalence rates are 11.4%and 9.9%.Different sex prevalence rate had statistical differences(x^2=36.602,P<0.001).t test result shows that TC(t=29.897),TG(t=12.356)and LDL-C(t=57.605)in diabetes group are significantly higher than the non-diabetes group(P<0.001);HDL-C in diabetes group is significantly lower than the non-diabetes group(t=-25.245,P<0.001);the result of multifactor logistic regression analysis shows that sex,age,BMI,infrequent physical exercise,smoking,drinking,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDLC are risk factors of diabetes.CONCLUSION The prevalence of diabetes among the employees of government departments and stateowned enterprises and institutions in Dingxi.It needs to enhance the screening,supervision and health management for high-risk population.Health education and comprehensive prevention measurement are conducted on focus population.
