摘要
目的探讨有氧运动对老年稳定性心绞痛(SAP)患者左室收缩功能及免疫炎症的影响。方法选取2016年12月-2018年3月上海市复旦大学附属肿瘤医院收治的68例老年SAP患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将68例SAP患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上辅以规律有氧运动训练。有氧运动3个月后,检测左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末内径(LVESD)等表达水平。结果实验组治疗后心绞痛发作次数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后LVEF、LVESD和LVEDD分别为(57.36±9.35)%、(32.01±5.39)mm和(58.36±11.11)mm,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后促炎细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6表达水平为(34.22±3.05) ng/mL和(61.48±4.01) ng/mL,均低于对照组;实验组抗炎细胞因子IL-4、IL-10表达水平为(19.32±3.52)ng/mL和(72.32±4.11)ng/mL,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上给予老年SAP患者辅以有氧运动训练,有助于减轻患者的临床症状、改善左心室收缩功能,并显著改善机体免疫炎症水平。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on left ventricular systolic function and immune inflammation in elderly patients with SAP.METHODS 68 elderly patients with SAP admitted to target hospital from December 2016 to March 2018 were studied.68 SAP patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,34 in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine treatment,while patients in the experimental group received regular aerobic exercise training on the basis of the control group.3 months after aerobic exercise,LVEF and LVESD were measured.RESULTS The incidence of angina pectoris in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD in the experimental group were(57.36±9.35)%,(32.01±5.39)mm and(58.36±11.11)mm,respectively,higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of TNF-alpha and IL-6 in the experimental group were(34.22±3.05)ng/mL and(61.48±4.01)ng/mL,which were lower than the control group.The expression levels of anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-4 and IL-10 in experimental group were(19.32±3.52)ng/mL and(72.32±4.11)ng/mL,which were higher than control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION On the basis of routine treatment,supplemented with aerobic exercise training for elderly patients with SAP was helpful to alleviate clinical symptoms,improve left ventricular systolic function,and significantly improve the immune inflammation level.
