医学院大学生性与生殖健康知识、态度现状调查及思考

Investigation and Consideration on the Status quo of Sexual and Reproductive Health Knowledge and Attitude of Medical College Students

目的了解医学院大学生生殖健康认知、态度现状及需求,为对在校大学生进行有针对性的生殖健康教育提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对2 520名医学相关专业大学生进行调查。结果曾经上过性与生殖健康教育课程为36.51%;对当前大学开展的性与生殖健康教育满意为22.06%;很少、从不与他人谈及性方面知识为63.94%;能够接受婚前性行为为42.94%;明确拒绝喜欢的异性朋友向你提出亲热要求为18.13%;了解避孕药为78.73%,了解安全套/避孕套为93.29%,了解性传播疾病为52.3%;最希望通过学校途径获取性知识为53.85%、网络途径为13.69%;结论即使是医学生,对性与生殖健康知识的认知也并不充分,且有很大的需求。建议通过开设选修课或必修课、同伴教育和讲座等相结合的干预方式进行系统、全面的生殖健康教育。

OBJECTIVE To acquire the cognition,attitude and demand of reproductive health of medical college students,so as to provide basis for targeted reproductive health education.METHODS 2520 medical students were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire.RESULTS Among these students,36.51%had taken sexual and reproductive health education courses;22.06%were satisfied with the sexual and reproductive health education carried out in the current university;63.94%seldom and never talked about sexual knowledge with others;42.94%could accept premarital sexual behavior;18.13%explicitly refused to ask for intimacy from heterosexual friends they liked;78.73%knew contraceptives,93.29%knew condoms/condoms,and 52.3%knew about sexual transmission;53.85%of the students knew sexual knowledge through school,13.69%knew sexual knowledge through network.CONCLUSION Even medical students had insufficient knowledge of sexual and reproductive health.There was a great demand for it.It was suggested to carry out systematic and comprehensive reproductive health education through the intervention of opening elective courses or compulsory courses,peer education,lectures,etc.
