论传统哲学“天人合一”观对敦煌中医药文献的影响

“天人合一”是中国古代传统哲学的精华,敦煌中医药学是我国传统医学的重要部分,在敦煌中医药学理论发展和临床实践中处处体现着“天人合一”的思想。“天人合一”观在敦煌中医药诊法文献中主要体现在关于平人脉息关系与四时平脉的论述方面;在敦煌中医药本草医方文献中主要体现在天地之象与人之生理病理之象的类比、四时加减用药法等方面;在敦煌中医药明堂经脉文献中主要体现在关于人神禁忌方面的论述上。

"Harmony between nature and men"is the essence of ancient Chinese traditional philosophy.Dunhuang traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an important part of Chinese traditional medicine,reflecting the thought of the"harmony between nature and men"in the Dunhuang TCM developing and clinical practice.The concept of"harmony between nature and men"is mainly reflected in the discussion of the relationship between the pulse and the rest of the human body and the pulse at the four seasons in Dunhuang TCM diagnostic documents.In Dunhuang's herbal medicine documents,it is mainly reflected in the analogy between the images of heaven and earth and the physiological and pathological images of human beings,the addition and subtraction of drugs at four seasons,etc.The meridian literature of Dunhuang Ming Tang of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly reflected in the discussion on taboo of human beings and gods.
