基于工作记录探讨肿瘤内科临床药师工作要点

Discussion on the main work points of clinical pharmacists in oncology department based on work records

目的回顾性分析临床药师工作记录,以期为优化药师服务提供理论参考。方法整理肿瘤内科临床药师在2015年5月~2016年5月期间工作记录783例,对临床咨询问题分类、涉及药物药理作用分类及临床药师药学服务方式分类分别进行统计分析。结果在肿瘤内科临床咨询问题类型最多的是治疗药物选择及用法用量;涉及药物药理作用主要是抗微生物药物,其次为肿瘤用药、消化系统药物等;临床药师提供主动性药学服务占比55.30%,仍需提高。结论临床药师应该深化知识体系,强化临床思维,牢抓工作重点,为促进合理用药保驾护航。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the work records of clinical pharmacists in order to provide theoretical reference for optimizing pharmacist service.Methods 783 work records of clinical pharmacists in oncology department from May 2015 to May 2016 were collated,and the classification of clinical consultation questions,classification of pharmacological effects involving drugs and classification of pharmaceutical service modes of clinical pharmacists were statistically analyzed respectively.Results The most com⁃mon types of clinical consultation questions in oncology department were the choice of therapeutic drugs and their usage and dosage.The pharmacological effects of drugs involved are mainly antimicrobial drugs,followed by tumor drugs,digestive system drugs,etc.The proportion of active pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists is 55.30%,which still needs to be improved.Conclusion Clin⁃ical pharmacists should deepen their knowledge system,strengthen their clinical thinking,and firmly grasp the focus of work points,so as to protect the rational use of drugs.
