摘要
钢结构、船舶工程平板对接焊缝X射线检测中,得到的X射线底片边界较模糊、灰雾度大,像质指数达不到相应检测标准的要求。经过对X射线检测能量与曝光量之间的关系进行研究和探讨,调整了曝光参数和暗室处理等工艺;同时阐述了散射线的产生、特性及影响散射线的因素和散射线防护措施,指出采取有效的屏蔽措施,可得到清晰的X射线底片,且符合检测标准的要求。
In the X-ray inspection of plate butt weld of steel structure and ship engineering,the boundary of X-ray film is fuzzy,the haze is large,and the image quality index can not meet the requirements of corresponding inspection standards.Through the research and discussion on the relationship between the X-ray inspection energy and exposure,the exposure parameters and darkroom treatment are adjusted;meanwhile,the generation,characteristics of scattered rays,the factors affecting scattered rays and the protective measures from scattered rays are described,and it is pointed out that the clear X-ray negative can be obtained by taking effective shielding measures,which meets the requirements of the inspection standards.
