石膏建材机械属于大型成套工业产品,涉及组合功能设备数量众多,生产工艺要求严格,安装调试繁复,其研发过程是建材机械生产企业的重要工作内容。基于工业设计在新产品开发中的综合优势愈发显现,以提高机械设备的功能指标和价值定位为目的,在新型纤维石膏板生产装备的创新开发中将工业设计和机械设计并行、协同开展,从外观、功能、结构设计等方面验证了工业设计对提升装备的综合品质起到的重大促进作用,并多角度进行了案例展示。

Gypsum building materials machinery is a large-scale complete set of industrial products,involving a large number of combined functional equipment,strict production process requirements,complicated installation and debugging,and its R&D process is an important work content of building material machinery production enterprises.Based on the comprehensive advantages of industrial design in the development of new products,in order to improve the function index and value orientation of mechanical equipment,industrial design and mechanical design are carried out in parallel and cooperatively in the innovation and development of new fiber gypsum board production equipment.From the aspects of appearance,function and structure design,this paper verifies the significant promoting effect of industrial design in improving the comprehensive quality of equipment,and carries out case demonstration from multiple angles.
