众创背景下我国高校创新创业教育学习质量研究

Research on the Learning Quality of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in China's Colleges Under the Background of Mass Innovation

众创教育背景下高校创新创业教育进入加速发展阶段,培养了一批高素质的创新型人才,激发带动了全社会的创新活力。但反观我国人才市场和就业环境,劳动力市场的结构性问题以及高校创新创业教育问题依然存在。本文从社会需求和教育供给视角分析我国高校创新创业教育存在的问题,以社会就业需求为导向提出提升高校创新创业教育学习质量机制与路径,增进大学生人力资本累积,促进我国创新创业教育政策落实、生根。

Under the background of mass innovation education,innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges has entered the accelerated development stage,which has cultivated a number of high-quality innovative talents and stimulated the innovation vitality of the whole society.But on the contrary,China's talent market and employment environment,the structural problems of the labor market and the problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges still exist.From the perspective of social demand and education supply,this paper analyzes the problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China's colleges,and puts forward the mechanism and path to improve the learning quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges based on the social employment demand,so as to enhance the accumulation of human capital of college students,and promote the implementation and rooting of innovation and entrepreneurship education policies in China.
