摘要
目的探讨瞬目反射与面神经运动传导检测对特发性面神经麻痹预后的评估价值。方法随机抽取2017年12月至2018年12月郑州人民医院收治的特发性面神经麻痹患者90例,均行瞬目反射(BR)、面神经运动传导(FMC)检测,并分析波型检测结果。结果90例患者患侧R1、R2、R2’波未出波率分别为41.11%、30.00%、31.76%,高于健侧(P<0.05);患侧R1、R2、R2’波潜伏期长于健侧(P<0.05);不同部位患侧M波潜伏期长于健侧(P<0.05),M波下降幅度<50%、50%~80%、≥80%的痊愈时间占比比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瞬目反射可作为特发性面神经麻痹的客观诊断标准,面神经运动传导可作为特发性面神经麻痹患者预后效果的评估标准。
Objective To analyze the value of blink reflex (BR) and facial nerve conduction (FMC) in assessing prognosis of idiopathic facial nerve palsy.Methods Ninety patients with idiopathic facial paralysis admitted to Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected. All patients underwent BR and FMC tests, and their waveform detection results were analyzed.Results The no-wave rates of R1, R2 and R2’of the affected side in the 90 patients were 41.11%, 30.00% and 31.76%, respectively, which were higher than those of the healthy side (P<0.05). The latency of R1, R2 and R2’of the affected side were longer than that of the healthy side. The M wave latency of different parts of the affected side was longer than that of the healthy side (P<0.05), and the M wave decreased by <50%, 50%-80%, ≥80% of the recovery time ratio was compared, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions BR can be used as an objective diagnostic criterion for idiopathic facial nerve palsy, and FMC can be used as a prognostic evaluation criterion for idiopathic facial nerve palsy.
