摘要
目的:以实验室养殖和市场销售的正常三疣梭子蟹为研究对象,探究饲料磷脂水平对甲壳动物酚氧化酶活性的影响,为三疣梭子蟹的营养免疫学研究和梭子蟹饲料的开发提供科学依据。方法:将达到试验规格的三疣梭子蟹随机分成A1、A2、B1、B2四组。A1和A2组为蛋黄磷脂平行组,用以投喂该两组的配合饲料中添加足量蛋黄磷脂为主要磷脂源。B1和B2组为大豆磷脂平行组,用以投喂组B1、B2的配合饲料中添加足量大豆磷脂为主要磷脂源。人工饲养8周后,从A1、A2、B1、B2各组随机抽取4只蟹,测定其血清和HLS的酚氧化酶活性,并与市场组(C组)梭子蟹血清和HLS的酚氧化酶活性作比较。结果:血细胞样本中,市场组总活力均值为2.67,高于试验各组的活力均值(1.13~1.47),差异显著,而试验各组之间没有显著性差异。A1、A2、B1、B2四组比活率分别为0.58、0.38、0.49、0.32,四组之间不存在显著性差异,而市场组比活率为2.20,显著低于试验各组。血清样本中,试验各组的总活力值均在1.40~1.99之间,组间不存在显著性差异;A1、B1、B2组的比活率值都在1.97~2.68之间,无显著差异。B组比活率平均值为4.44,与A1、B1、B2组有显著差异。结论:作为磷脂源,卵黄磷脂和大豆磷脂对梭子蟹HLS的酚氧化酶活性均无显著影响,而试验组血清酚氧化酶活性比活率明显高于市场组,说明在一定程度上,卵黄磷脂和大豆磷脂对血清中的酚氧化酶活性有促进作用。
【Objective】The effect of feed phospholipid level on phenoloxidase activity of crustaceans was studied by taking Portunus trituberculatus which was cultured in laboratory and sold in the market to provide scientific evidence for immunological studies and the development of the Portunus trituberculatus feed production.【Method】Portunus trituberculatus reach the experimental specifications were randomly divided into A1,A2,B1,B2 four groups(experimental group).Group A1,A2 for the egg yolk phospholipid group,for feeding group A1,A2 mating feed add sufficient amount of egg yolk phospholipid as phospholipidas source.Group B1,B2 as soybean lecithin group,for feeding group B1,B2 of compound feed,add a sufficient amount of soybean phospholipid as phospholipid source.Farming 8 weeks,from A1,A2,B1,B2 in each group were randomly selected four crab measured serum and HLS Apo,and compared with the serum and HLS Apo of Portunus trituberculatus in the market group(C group).【Result】Samples of blood cells,total vitality mean of the market group was 2.67,which was higher than the dynamic mean of each group of the experiment(inter 1.13 to 1.47),and experiments between the groups have no significant difference.The survival rate of A1,A2,B1,B2 was 0.58,0.38,0.49,0.32,respectively,no difference among the four groups,and the market compared activity was 2.20,significantly lower than the experimental groups.Serum samples,the experiment the total vitality value of each group were in the range of 1.40 to 1.99,which did not exist significant differences between the two groups.The survival rate value of group A1,B1,B2 were in the range of 1.97 to 2.68,no significant difference.The average survival rate group B was 4.44,with group A1,B1,B2 had a significant difference.【Conclusion】As a source of phospholipids,egg yolk lecithin and soybean lecithin on the phenoloxidase activity of HLS from Portunus trituberculatus had no significant impact.The specific activity of serum Apo in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the market group,to a certain extent,egg yolk lecithin and soybean lecithin could promote phenoloxidase activity in serum.
