光纤温度应变分析系统校准装置研究

摘要 基于光纤温度应变分析系统的工作原理,设计相应的校准装置并提出一种针对光纤温度应变分析系统的校准方法。实验结果表明:该装置在校准工作过程中可实现温度与应变双参数的同时校准,温度控制精度0.1℃,应变控制精度0.1με,可用于光纤温度应变分析系统的性能测试与评价。 Based on the working principle of the optical fiber temperature strain analysis system,the corresponding calibration device is designed and a calibration method for the optical fiber temperature strain analysis system is proposed.The experimental results show that the device can realize the simultaneous measurement of both temperature and strain parameters during the calibration,with a temperature control accuracy of 0.1℃and a strain control accuracy of 0.1με,which can be used in the performance testing and evaluation of optical fiber temperature strain analysis system.
