摘要
基于油烟颗粒物排放浓度检测方法,搭建吸油烟机油烟颗粒物排放浓度检测系统,分析3种典型结构的吸油烟机油烟排放浓度数据,证明该系统满足标准检测要求。根据不同企业多种产品比对数据,制订吸油烟机油烟颗粒物排放浓度技术规范,推出环保检测认证,引导吸油烟机生产企业提升环保产品开发能力,有效降低油烟污染物的排放。
Based on the detection method of particulate matter emission concentration,test system of particulate emission concentration of range hood is built,analyzed the data of three typical structures of the smoke emission concentration of range hood,which proves that the test system meets the standard detection requirements.According to the comparison data of various products of different enterprises,the technical specifications for the emission concentration of particulate matter of range hood are formulated,the environmental protection testing certification is launched,the production enterprises of range hood are guided to improve the development capacity of environmental protection products,and the emission of lampblack is effectively reduced.
