摘要
针对某高滑石型辉钼矿,采用快速浮选技术脱除脉石再浮选辉钼矿的浮选流程,在磨矿细度-74μm粒级占90%、滑石捕收剂MIBC用量50 g/t、脉石抑制剂水玻璃用量600 g/t、捕收剂煤油用量120 g/t、起泡剂2^#油用量20 g/t条件下,得到了钼品位7.79%、回收率85.26%的钼粗精矿,实现了滑石和辉钼矿的有效分离。
To treat a molybdenite ore with high talc content,flash flotation was adopted to remove gauges before molybdenite flotation.With a grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 90%,the ore was processed using MIBC(50 g/t)as talc collector,sodium silicate(600 g/t)as gauge depressant,kerosene(120 g/t)as molybdenite collector and 2^#oil(20 g/t)as the foaming agent.With this approach,an effective separation of talc and molybdenite can be actualized,as a molybdenum bulk concentrate with molybdenum grade of 7.79%and recovery of 85.26%can be obtained.
