摘要
针对一次铝硅合金,采用锌熔析法降低合金中杂质含量,熔析后得到锌铝硅合金和锌铝硅铁渣;再通过真空蒸馏脱除其中的锌,生成铝硅合金和铝硅铁合金渣,同时锌返回锌熔析工序循环利用。当系统压强5 Pa以下、蒸馏温度1273 K时,铝硅合金中锌含量为0.11%,锌挥发率达到99.9%以上;系统压强5 Pa以下、蒸馏温度973 K时,铝硅铁渣中锌含量低于0.5%,锌挥发率达到99.6%以上。
The aluminum-silicon alloy was processed by liquation of zinc,so as to reduce the impurity content in the alloy,yielding Zn-Al-Si liquid alloy and Zn-Al-Si-Fe solid slag,which were then subjected to vacuum distillation for zinc removal,producing Al-Si alloy and Al-Si-Fe alloy slags,with the extracted zinc returned to the processing stage of zinc liquation for recycling.It is shown that with the system pressure below 5 Pa and the distillation temperatures at 1273 K and 973 K,respectively,the process can produce an Al-Si alloy with zinc content as low as 0.11%and an Al-Si-Fe alloy slags containing less than 0.5%zinc.And the zinc evaporation rate for both is up to 99.6%.
