试论唐代对德政碑刊树的管理

On the Management of the Setting-up of the Stele of Virtue and Achievement in Tang Dynasty

德政碑是为记录、纪念官员的德政而树立的纪念碑,其主要目的是为了表彰官员的善德美行。有唐一代是我国古代德政碑发展的成熟期,在前代德政碑管理的基础上,进一步严格了德政碑刊树的管理,将之纳入国家法律,对违反者严加惩处,形成了一套较为完善的德政碑刊树的管理制度,确保了德政碑刊树的严肃性及其政治作用的有效发挥,在一定程度上对唐代吏治建设产生积极的作用。

The stele of virtue and achievement is a monument set up to record and commemorate officials’political ethics.The Tang Dynasty is the mature period of the development of the ancient virtue and achievement steles in China.On the basis of the management of the former,the management of the setting-up of the virtue and achievement steles has been more strict and a set of more complete management system has been formed,which has been incorporated into the national law,and the violators have been severely punished to ensure the seriousness and the effective exertion of its political role.To some extent,it has a positive effect on the construction of official administration in Tang Dynasty.
