摘要
土壤重金属污染不仅会导致土壤恶化,抑制植物生长,还会通过食物链转移危害人类健康。研究发现,根际促生菌(PGPR)不仅可以降低重金属对植物的危害,还可以促进植物的生长,这些细菌可用于对植物重金属污染的土壤的修复。本文介绍了根际促生细菌在重金属胁迫下缓解植物应激的机理,主要包括植物激素调节、鳌合作用、提高必需矿物元素的吸收、氧化还原和合成抗氧化酶,并对根际促生菌缓解植物重金属胁迫的应用进行了展望。
Soil heavy metal pollution will not only lead to soil deterioration,inhibit plant growth,but also harm human health through food chain transfer.It is found that PGPR can not only reduce the harm of heavy metals to plants,but also promote the growth of plants.These bacteria can be used to repair heavy metal contaminated soil.This paper introduced the mechanism of rhizosphere growth promoting bacteria in alleviating plant stress under heavy metal stress,mainly including plant hormone regulation,chelation,increasing the absorption of essential mineral elements,oxidation-reduction and synthesis of antioxidant enzymes,and prospects the application of rhizosphere growth promoting bacteria in alleviating plant heavy metal stress.
