摘要
为生产上筛选种植富硒能力强的蔬菜品种提供参考,进行了25 mg/kg的有机无机复混黄腐酸硒肥在上海青、菠菜和香菜的根部施用盆栽试验,研究根施硒肥对蔬菜中硒含量的影响。结果表明:不同蔬菜品种对外源硒肥的吸收具有选择性,香菜具有较强的富硒能力,外源硒肥对其吸收硒元素具有抑制作用;上海青和菠菜对外源硒肥均有较好的吸收作用,施用外源硒肥可促进其对硒元素的吸收。
In order to provide a reference for selecting and cultivating Se-enriched vegetable varieties in production,the pot experiments of applied 25 mg/kg organic-inorganic compound humic acid Se fertilizer on root of Shanghaiqing,spinach and coriander are conducted to study the effect of root application of Se fertilizer on Se content in vegetable.Result:Different vegetable varieties are selective to the absorption of exogenous Se fertilizer.Spinach is featured with strong Se-enriched capacity and the exogenous Se fertilizer has an inhibition effect on its absorption of Se element.Shanghaiqing and coriander has a good absorption effect of exogenous Se fertilizer,and applying exogenous Se fertilizer can promote its absorption of Se element.
