Screening of Fungicide for Controlling Bletilla striata Blight

摘要 为田间白及疫病防治的药剂筛选提供参考,以17种药剂为研究对象,采用菌丝生长抑制法与室内毒力测定、盆栽药效试验相结合的方法,筛选对白及疫病有效的杀菌剂。结果表明:17种药剂中,在有效浓度10μg/mL时,氟噻唑吡乙酮和申嗪霉素对白及疫病病原菌的抑菌率达100%,EC 50值分别为0.0142μg/mL和1.2864μg/mL;10%氟噻唑吡乙酮可分散油悬浮剂有效浓度40μL/L、60μL/L和1%申嗪霉素悬浮剂有效浓度17μL/L、25μL/L对白及疫病的盆栽防治作用,先喷药后接种的防治效果分别为95.11%、95.33%、60.16%和71.49%,先接种后喷药的防治效果分别为68.49%、72.36%、63.58%和67.21%。氟噻唑吡乙酮和申嗪霉素对白及疫病具有较好的防治效果。 The fungicides for effectively controlling Bletilla striata blight are screened by taking 17 fungicides as the research objects and using mycelial growth inhibition method combined with indoor toxicity measurement and potted trail to provide a reference for screening of fungicides for controlling B.striata blight in field.Result:At 10μg/mL effective concentration,the antibacterial rate of Oxathiapiprolin and Shenqinmycin against pathogen of B.striata blight reaches 100%among 17 tested fungicides,and EC 50 is 0.0142μg/mL and 1.2864μg/mL respectively.The controlling effect of effective concentration of 40μL/L and 60μL/L from 10%Oxathiapiprolin dispersed oil suspension against potted B.striata blight is 95.11%and 95.33%under spraying fungicide first and then inoculating pathogen treatment,and 68.49%and 72.36%under inoculating pathogen first and then spraying fungicide treatment.The controlling effect of effective concentration of 17μL/L and 25μL/L from 1%Shenqinmycin suspension against potted B.striata blight is 60.16%and 71.49%under spraying fungicide first and then inoculating pathogen treatment,and 63.58%and 67.21%under inoculating pathogen first and then spraying fungicide treatment.In conclusion,Oxathiapiprolin and Shenqinmycin have better control effect on B.striata blight.
