基于价值工程的项目成本控制研究--以兰州文理学院综合实训中心建设项目为例

Research on Project Cost Control Based on Value Engineering--Taking the Comprehensive Training Center of Lanzhou Universityof Arts and Sciences as an Example

基础设施建设在高等学校的发展中扮演着重要角色,各高校对工程管理工作日趋重视.管好、用好高校基建资金,在保证安全的前提下,按期完成项目建设,确保工程建设质量,成为了高校建设工程管理中的基本要求.因此,有效的工程项目成本控制手段受到越来越多高校基建管理部门的青睐.本文以价值工程原理为研究基础,结合兰州文理学院综合实训中心建设项目案例,研究在高等学校建设项目成本控制中如何应用价值工程原理并讨论其可操作性和有效性,为高等学校在基本建设工程管理中如何更好地进行成本控制提供有价值的参考依据.

Infrastructure construction plays an important role in the development of colleges and universities and it has become a basic requirement in the management of university capital construction projects to manage and make good use of university capital construction funds to complete project construction on schedule and ensure the quality of project construction under the premise of ensuring safety.Therefore,the effective means of project cost control is favored by more and more university construction management departments.Based on the principle of value engineering,combined with the case study of the Comprehensive Training Center of Lanzhou University of Arts and Science,the application of the principle of value engineering in the cost control of construction projects in colleges and universities are studied and its operability and effectiveness are discussed,so as to provide valuable reference for colleges and universities in better carrying out cost control in the management of capital construction projects.
