甲状腺ACR TI-RADS超声分级对甲状腺结节的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of thyroid ACR TI-RADS ultrasound grading for thyroid nodules

目的研究甲状腺ACR TI-RADS超声分级对甲状腺结节的诊断价值。方法选择2018年1-12月在本院超声诊断并经手术病理证实的甲状腺结节患者50例作为研究对象,对其超声ACR TI-RADS分级与病理结果及超声ACR TI-RADS分级中甲状腺良恶性结节超声征象进行比较分析。结果50例患者检出80个甲状腺结节中,其中良性33个;恶性47个。以病理结果为金标准,超声ACR TI-RADS分级诊断的敏感性、阳性预测性、阴性预测性及准确性分别为88%、93.6%、91.6%、88.7%,表明ACR TI-RADS分级对甲状腺结节良恶性的评估具有诊断意义;在成分、回声、形态、边缘及强回声灶方面,对鉴别甲状腺良恶性结节有较高的参考价值。结论超声ACR TI-RADS分级对甲状腺结节鉴别具有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of thyroid ACR TI-RADS ultrasound grading for thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 50 patients with thyroid nodules confirmed by operation and pathology in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled.The ultrasound ACR TI-RADS classification and pathological results and ultrasound ACR TI-RADS classification were used to compare the ultrasound signs of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Results Of the 50 patients,80 cases of thyroid nodules were detected,of which 33 were benign and 47 were malignant.The pathological results as the gold standard,the sensitivity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of the ultrasound ACR TI-RADS grade diagnosis were 88%,93.6%,91.6%,and 88.7%,respectively.Indicating that the ACR TI-RADS graded had diagnostic values in the evaluation of benign and malignant the thyroid nodules.In the aspect of composition,echo,morphology,margin and strong echogenic foci,it has a high reference value for the identification of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Conclusions Ultrasound ACR TI-RADS classification has clinical value in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules.
