摘要 原发性甲状旁腺机能亢进(primary hyperparathyroidism,PHPT)患者术中应用甲状旁腺定位技术可以术中快速识别甲状旁腺,并且最大程度的降低术中探查导致的副损以及显著的缩短手术时间。目前国内外重点关注术前甲状旁腺影像学检查。本综述主要总结几种新型甲状旁腺术中定位技术的利弊,为临床中PHPT的术中精准治疗提供基础。 Application of parathyroid localization technique can quickly identify the parathyroid gland with the naked eye in operation for primary hyperparathyroidism patients,and reduce the side effects caused by intraoperative exploration and significantly shorten the operation time.A large number of researches have been done on preoperative parathyroid imaging by researchers in China and outside.This review summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of several new techniques of intraoperative parathyroid positioning in order to provide the basis for accurate intraoperative treatment of PHPT.
