多元化培训模式在骨科护生教学培训的应用与效果评价 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨多元化培训模式在骨科护生临床教学培训中的效果。方法选取2019年5月-2020年1月在本院骨科实习的护生40名作为研究对象,采用多元化培训模式,设为观察组;另选取2018年7月-2019年3月在本院骨科实习的护生42名为传统培训模式,设为对照组。比较两组护生的理论成绩、操作成绩及对带教过程评价。结果与对照组比较,观察组的护生的理论成绩、操作成绩及对带教过程评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化培训模式,有利于提高护生专科理论成绩、操作技能水平及对带教过程评价,能培养护生自主学习及提高临床思维能力。 Objective To explore the effect of diversified training mode in clinical teaching and training of orthopedic nursing students.Methods Forty two nursing students who practiced in the department of orthopedics of our hospital from May 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the objects of the study.They were set as the observation group and diversified training mode was adopted,and another 42 nursing students who practiced in the department of orthopedics from July 2018 to March 2019 were set as the control group and the traditional training mode was adopted.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing students in the observation group had higher scores in theory and operation examination,and evaluation of teaching process than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Diversified training mode is conducive to improving the theoretical achievements,operational skills and evaluation of the teaching process of nursing students,cultivating the autonomous learning of nursing students and improving the ability of clinical thinking.
