摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂教学模式在颅脑手术患者主要照顾者健康教育的应用效果,为医院构建有效、可行的健康教育模式提供科学依据。方法选取2017年8月-2018年8月北京市某三甲医院神经外科172例颅脑手术患者主要照顾者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各86例。对照组给予术后常规健康教育,观察组给予翻转课堂教学模式的健康教育。比较两组照顾者照顾能力,照顾者负担及家属满意度。结果观察组照顾者照顾能力明显高于对照组(P<0.05),在给予健康教育干预前,两组照顾者负担的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),给予健康教育干预后,观察组的照顾者负担明显低于对照组的照顾者负担(P<0.05),对护士服务态度、健康教育内容、健康教育方式等护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用翻转课堂模式健康教育可以提高照顾者照顾能力,减轻照顾者负担,提高家属满意度,值得在临床上广泛推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom teaching mode in health education of the primary caregivers of patients after craniocerebral operations,and to provide scientific basis for the hospital to construct an effective and feasible health education model.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018,172 primary caregivers of patients undergoing craniotomy in neurosurgery department of a third-class hospital in Beijing were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.Caregivers in the control group received routine mode of health education after operation,while those in the control group received health education by using a flipped classroom teaching mode.The care capacity and burden of caregiver,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The caregivers in the observation group had higher capacity than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the health education intervention,there was no significant difference in the burden of caregivers between the two groups(P>0.05).After the health education intervention,the burden of caregivers in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Their satisfaction with nursing services such as nurses'service attitude,health education contents and health education methods was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The adoption of flipped classroom model health education could improve competencies of caregivers,reduce the burden of caregivers and improve satisfaction of families,which is worthy of wide promotion in clinical practice.
