无创吸痰技术在婴幼儿毛细支气管炎中应用效果观察

Observation on the application effect of noninvasive sputum suction in infants with bronchiolitis

目的探讨无创吸痰技术在婴幼儿毛细支气管炎中应用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年12月在本院儿科诊断为毛细支气管炎的患儿84例作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各42例。对照组采用传统经口、鼻吸痰技术,观察组采用无创吸痰技术。比较两组患儿吸痰效果、呼吸道粘膜损伤情况、患儿住院时间以及家属配合度、满意度情况。结果观察组和对照组吸痰总有效率分别为95.23%和76.19%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿吸痰过程中出现粘膜损伤比例分别为2.38%和23.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长配合度、满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创吸痰技术吸痰效果优于传统吸痰方法,呼吸道粘膜损伤小,住院时间短,家长满意度高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of noninvasive sputum suction in infants with bronchiolitis.Methods 84 children diagnosed as bronchiolitis from January 2018 to December 2019 in pediatrics of our hospital were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(42 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional oral or nasal sputum suction technology,and the observation group adopted the non-invasive sputum suction technology.The effect of sputum aspiration,the injury of respiratory mucosa,the length of hospital stay,the degree of cooperation and satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of sputum suction in the observation group and the control group was 95.23%and 76.19%,respectively.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The rate of mucosal injury in the two groups was 2.38%and 23.8%respectively,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cooperation degree and satisfaction degree of the parents in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of non-invasive sputum suction is better than that of traditional sputum suction.It is worthy of clinical application.
