LIU Chunhua's Experience in Prevention and Treatment of Perimenopausal Hypertension

围绝经期高血压属于特殊人群的高血压,也是临床常见疾病,常常表现为复杂的症候群,临床症状反复难愈,严重影响围绝经期女性的身体及生活健康。导师刘春华主任医师临床数十载,中西结合治疗围绝经期高血压的经验丰富,认为中医治疗在该病发挥了重要优势。通过回顾总结导师近5年临诊病案,日常跟诊学习并与之探讨,认为该病因肝肾阴阳失调、气血逆乱而发病,治以调和肝肾阴阳为总则,临床多以肝阳上亢、肝肾阴虚、肾阴阳不足分型而治,以平肝潜阳、滋补肝肾、阴阳双补等调和肝肾阴阳,以刘师自拟经验方“天麻夏菊饮”为基础方进行加减治疗,善灵活运用天麻钩藤饮、半夏白术天麻汤、二仙汤、杞菊地黄丸等经方时方,兼顾冠心病、高脂血症、糖尿病、睡眠障碍等常见伴发疾病,用药善引经以达病所,同时注重中医“治未病”,讲究日常调摄,故临床疗效显著。该文旨在对其临床经验进行总结及分享,为临床诊疗提供新的思路与方法,以提高围绝经期妇女的生活质量。

Perimenopausal hypertension is a special group of hypertension,but also a common clinical disease,often manifested as complex syndrome,clinical symptoms repeatedly difficult to heal,seriously affect the health of perimenopausal women and life.Professor LIU Chunhua,who has decades of clinical experience in treating perimenopausal hypertension with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,believes that traditional Chinese medicine has played an important role in this disease.Through reviewing and summarizing the clinical cases of the tutor in the past 5 years,daily follow-up and study,and discussing with them,it is thought that this disease is caused by the imbalance of Yin and Yang of liver and kidney,the disorder of Qi and blood,and the general principle is to regulate the Yin and Yang of liver and kidney,in Clinic,liver-yang hyperactivity,yin-deficiency of liver and kidney,deficiency of kidney-yin and Yang are classified and treated,and liver-yin-yang and kidney-yin-yang are regulated by tonifying liver and kidney-yang,tonifying liver and kidney-kidney,tonifying both Yin and Yang,good use of Tianma Gouteng decoction,Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction,Erxian decoction,Liuwei Dihuang pills and other classical prescriptions,taking into account coronary heart disease,hyperlipemia,diabetes,sleep disorders and other common diseases,use medicine to guide the classics to reach the disease,at the same time pay attention to traditional Chinese medicine“treatment of pre-disease”,pay attention to daily adjustment,so the clinical efficacy is significant.The purpose of this article is to summarize and share its clinical experience,to provide new ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment,in order to improve the quality of life of perimenopausal women.
