身痛逐瘀汤合消瘀散治疗盘源性腰痛气滞血瘀证观察

Clinical Observation of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Xiaoyu Powder in Treating Discogenic Low Back Pain with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的:观察身痛逐瘀汤联合消瘀散治疗气滞血瘀证盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例气滞血瘀证盘源性腰痛患者随机分配至治疗组与对照组,每组各30例,对照组予以单纯消瘀散外敷治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联用身痛逐瘀汤口服,均治疗4周,比较2组临床疗效。结果:①与治疗前比较,2组VAS评分、ODI评估、SAS评估均改善(P<0.05)。②治疗2、4周时,与对照组比较,治疗组改善VAS评分、ODI评估、SAS评估水平较对照组显著(P<0.05)。③治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为90.0%、76.7%,治疗组的临床有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:身痛逐瘀汤内服合消瘀散外敷的内外兼治法治疗气滞血瘀证盘源性腰痛疗效切确,且能缓解患者焦虑症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with Xiaoyu powder on discogenic low back pain of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Method:Randomly assign 60 patients with discogenic low back pain of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome to the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiaoyusan external application,and the treatment group was based on the control group.combined with Shentong Zhuyu decoction,they were treated for 4 weeks,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:①Compared with before treatment,the VAS score,ODI assessment,and SAS assessment of the two groups all improved(P<0.05).②At 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group improved VAS score,ODI evaluation,and SAS evaluation level significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).③The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90.0%and 76.7%,respectively.The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The internal and external treatment of Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with external application of Xiaoyusan is effective in treating discogenic low back pain of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and it can relieve patients’anxiety symptoms.
