摘要
随着我国职业教育的快速发展,"双师型"教师队伍的建设已经成为重大现实性课题。日本近年来通过提升职业训练指导员的社会认知度、调整职业训练指导员的培养课程体系、完善职业训练指导员的资格认证制度等手段,在职业训练指导员培养上取得了一定的成绩。在此基础上,我国"双师型"教师队伍的建设应借鉴其有益经验,将"双师型"教师确定为新型专门职业,完善高素质的"双师型"教师队伍培养体系,建立多样化的"双师型"教师资格认定制度,从而达到2022年建设一批国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队的目标。
With the rapid development of vocational education in China,the construction of"double-qualified"teachers has emerged as a major issue with realistic meaning.In recent years,Japan has made some achievements in cultivating vocational training instructors through increasing social awareness of the public,adjusting training curriculum system and improving professional certification system.This paper analyzes and summarizes the new measures taken by Japan in this respect,hoping to provide reference for the training of"double-qualified"teachers in our country.The author holds that we should identify"teacher with double qualifications"as a new profession,improve our training system of high-quality"double-qualified"teachers and establish a diversified certification system for"double-qualified"teachers.In this way,we can achieve the goal of building a national group of teaching innovation team made up of vocational teachers in 2022.
