"1+X"证书制度是职业教育人才培养新模式。高职院校应在完成学历证书教育的同时认清"1+X"证书制度所带来的机遇和挑战并积极开展"1+X"证书制试点工作。通过制定高质量、高标准的职业技能等级规范,培养高标准、高素质的师资队伍,加强教企培合作,充分利用和建设优质教学资源等方式,积极推动职业技能等级证书在促进人才培养质量、实施职业技能水平评价等方面的优势和作用,夯实高职院校学生可持续发展基础,进一步深化产教融合、校企合作,为国家和社会培养出所需的复合型的技术技能型人才。

The"1+X"certificate system is a new mode of personnel training in vocational education.Vocational colleges should recognize the opportunities and challenges brought by the"1+X"certificate system and actively carry out the pilot work of the"1+X"certificate system when completing the education of diploma.Through the formulation of high-quality and high-standard vocational skill level standards,the training of high-standard and high-quality teaching staff,the strengthening of cooperation among teaching,enterprise and training institution,the full use and construction of high-quality teaching resources,etc.,the advantages and functions of vocational skill level certificates in promoting the quality of personnel training and the implementation of vocational skill level evaluation are actively promoted,the foundation for sustainable development of students in higher vocational colleges is consolidated and the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation are further deepened in order to cultivate the required compound technical talents for the country and society.
