产教融合背景下加强行业指导的对策研究——以天津商务行业职业教育教学指导委员会为例

Countermeasure Study on Strengthening Industry Guidance under Integration of Industry and Education--taking the Instructing Committee of Vocational Education of Tianjin Commercial Industry

随着中央对职业教育定位的转变,职业教育在国民教育中的地位不断提高,政府不断强调行业指导在促进职业教育产教融合中的作用。但在现实中,职业教育产教融合环节仍普遍存在学生难以将知识点转化为职业技能;实训基地数量有限,教学活动局限于课堂;缺乏与企业建立联系,案例教学形式单一等问题,这些问题严重阻碍了产教融合的发展进程。在这样的背景下,行指委应积极推进专业与岗位对接,帮助学生将知识点转化为职业技能;推进校企合作,为学生提供实训基地;推进案例教学,激发学生自主学习的动力,充分发挥行指委作用,全面深入推进产教融合。

Following the central government's transform of vocational education,the vocational education has played more and more important role in national education.The government has continued to stress on industry guidance pushing the integration of industry and education in vocational education.In reality,the integration of industry and education in vocational education has existed problems including the difficulty for student's transforming the knowledge into professional skills,the limited number of training bases,the teaching activities confined to classroom,the lack of link with enterprises and simple form of case teaching,which have blocked the integration of industry and education.Under the background,the committee should vigorously promote the connect between the major and the job helping student's transform the knowledge,push school enterprise cooperation to offer students the training base,improve case teaching to inspire student's self-learning and make full use of the committee to deepen the integration of industry and education.
