军校学员思想政治理论课学习兴趣的激发研究

摘要 军校学员思想政治理论课教学过程中,应注重兴趣激励对教学效果与质量产生的影响,促使学员主动性的提升,探索知识内容。该文从军校学员思想特点入手,进行深入分析,根据实际明确现阶段影响军校学员思想的主要因素,从学员的主体地位、学习欲望、教学针对性以及授课艺术四个角度进行研究,以保证整体的教学质量。 In the teaching of ideological and political theory courses for cadets,it is necessary to pay attention to the influence of interest incentive on teaching effect and quality,in order to promote cadets'initiative to explore knowledge.Starting with the ideological characteristics of cadets,this paper clarifies the main factors affecting the ideology of cadets at present in accordance with the actual situation,and studies the subject position and learning desire of cadets,as well as the pertinence and art of teaching,so as to ensure the overall teaching quality.
